Nathan Johnson, P.E., P.L.S. – Partner- Mr Johnson has served as President of Johnson & Associates since 1989. He has experience on a wide range of projects including residential and commercial site developments, boundary and topographic surveys, as well as transportation projects. He has worked on various federal, state and local government projects. Member American Society of Civil Engineers, Alabama Society of Professional Land Surveyors, Rotary International. Mr. Johnson was appointed by the Governor to serve on the Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors for the State of Alabama.
Arthur Spencer, P.E. – Partner- Mr. Spencer’s project experience includes complex surveying, engineering and mapping projects throughout the United States and around the world. Mr. Spencer’s civil engineering experience includes site plan design for schools, churches and commercial developments. He also has extensive experience in the design of residential subdivisions, water distribution systems and sanitary sewer collection systems. Member of American Society of Civil Engineers, Tau Beta Pi and Alpha Chi Engineering Honor Societies.
Stephen L. Walker, P.E. – Partner- Mr. Walker manages the Construction Engineering and Administration Section of the Company where he provides statewide on-call Construction Engineering and Inspection services for Alabama Department of Transportation. Mr. Walker retired as Senior Engineer from The City of Huntsville, Alabama with 25 years of service. During his time with the City he managed numerous public improvement projects including roadways, bridges, commercial and residential developments. He was also the Lead Engineer in the creation of several City programs such as the Bridge Inspection Program, Sidewalk Construction Program and the Sidewalk Maintenance Program. Member American Society of Civil Engineers, American Public Works Association, Chi Epsilon Honor Society, AL Utility Contractors Association.
Tracy L. Ingle, E.I. – Partner- Mr. Ingle has experience on a wide range of Surveying, Civil Engineering, and Construction Inspection projects. He has registrations and training in many construction inspection areas, including TVTC certification. His assignments have included project management, construction inspection, civil/site engineering design, and land surveying. Mr. Ingle is also accomplished in CADD design and drafting to include: Microstation, AutoCAD, Eagle Point, TDS SurveyPro and Microsoft Office Suites.
